Last time we heard, runway and ad models were drinking expensive champagne instead of meals in order to maintain the slim figure that’s earning them food (or whatever).
However, contrary to the popular belief, beauties that stun both on the runway and outside of it don’t really starve themselves to look like they do; spiteful and envious tongues will say plenty but it’s always best not to pay too much attention to them. More often than not, comments like “she’s anorexic” come from obese individuals whose love for Big Macs is bigger than their will to stay healthy and look smashing in whatever they wear.
Looking like a supermodel is no piece of cake; shedding the extra pounds is hard, sticking to healthy foods is sometimes even harder but where’s will, there’s a way. If you’ve ever been to a gym or joined any sort of fitness program, you know how difficult but then at the same time uplifting it is to put your body under pressure and then watch it transform from unsatisfactory to wonderful. It’s a thrill like no other.
If we were to adopt our favorite supermodels’ diet secrets, the list might a be a bit tricky, but then again – not impossible.
Here are some of the basic truths about their nutrition, and ideas you may as well feel are what’s been missing from your life all this time.

Ако някога сте били на фитнес или сте предпочели друг вид спорт , знаете в началото колко е трудно, но следейки своята трансформация, започвате да се чувствате повече от страхотно. Ако решим да следваме любимите ни диети на супермоделите, би било малко трудно, но пък не и невъзможно.

All supermodels swear by green foods and drinks. They’ve realized that all that comes from nature is healthy and is giving the body all the necessary nutrients that, normally, can’t be extracted from the processed foods. No, nobody is suggesting you should go vegetarian or vegan for the sake of slim figure – in fact, diversity of foods is very important for the entire body to function properly – but including greens like salads, veggies, fruits and smoothies made out of them is the ultimate trick.

The beauties we look up to work out from five to seven days a week, although seven is too much. You should always leave a day for your body to decompress and recharge.
Staying fit is a state of mind – not a temporary action towards a goal; once you get into the mindset of the importance of working out – you won!
Does this really sound that hard? No, of course it doesn’t! It will take time, though… but the end result will be worth it!

It’s so true that a starvation diet is such a misconception. While it happens, it’s not an adopted method by top models. Consistency and a healthful approach to life is hard enough as it is- and that’s exactly what keeps them lean and trim (in addition to those great genes)!
